We are looking for a corporate Sponsor..could that be you?

The Relay For Life Wexford committee are looking for sponsors to support us this year and we'd love to work with one main sponsor for our 2020 event...can you help?

Our objective is to secure a sponsor which would enable us to donate the maximum funds raised directly to the Irish Cancer Society. With the support of a sponsor, we could share the cost of running Relay For Life Wexford with you. Because Relay for Life is getting bigger and better every year, so too are the efforts required to run it. If we had a main sponsor we could share the cost of running the event and that would enable us to achieve our objective......to hand over as much of the funds raised as possible

While the committee are more than happy to volunteer their skills and time, the teams are delighted to fundraise and participate, the practical costs of an event of this size are where we really now need a corporate sponsors support.

We feel that the hugely impactful reach of the Relay For Life event in Wexford has within our community confirms this would fit perfectly into your Corporate Social Responsibility or Marketing strategies.

We have up to 140 Survivors registered for this years event. They will be taken care of in the Survivors tent which has traditionally been sponsored by Pettits Supervalu.

We are already fully booked for this years event. We have 50 teams with approximately 700 team members. The team sizes vary but most would be around 12 people per team.

During the Candle of Hope Ceremony at dusk on Saturday we would have up to 4,000 more in attendance.

The Relay For Life Wexford Facebook page has almost 3,000 followers.

Our Chair Person Gay Murphy scooped the Outstanding Achievement Award at the South East Radio Person of the Year Awards for her dedication to her beloved Relay For Life Event.

One of our Team Captain's Yvonne Keane was recognised as a Global Hero of Hope also. This was not only down to her amazing efforts in fundraising with her team 'Sole Mates' but also her dedication to raising awareness around Relay for Life and what it's all about.

If you were interested in meeting us to discuss this further, please contact Melrona here, we'd be delighted to hear from you.
